This is the closest picture of a Draco that I could find that fits the picture I have in my mind. Dracos are similar to reptilians but they have wings. In the exopolitical alien hierarchy they are at the top. They control the planet and all aspects of life. The Dracos are able to do this by shapeshifting as key humans. There are dozens of factions of Dracos currently involved with our planet. From my experience, some of these factions emanate fear and dread. An interesting idea that I heard was that some of the scientific Draco factions froze themselves thousands of years ago in a type of technology so they could wake up around the 2012 portal and the beginning of the Age of Aquarius. This is happening now.
Personally, I don't know if Dracos are evil or bad per say. I feel as if they have helped me in the past by protecting me. I guess it honestly depends on who you are. I believe the Dracos are guiding us towards a series of events that will help wake us up. What the nature of those events is hard to say. It could be terrifying.
This intel makes sense to me because I feel as if I have had billions of lifetimes with the Dracos. I don't incarnate as one but apparently I am a Pleiadian leader so I have interacted with them. Also, they control a lot of the underground tunnels and facilities so I may have seen them in a past life. Also, I believe they took me underground in 1993 to see them shapeshift.
Anyways, Dracos have been around for a very, very long time. I think at one time they even controlled the entire Universe.
